               Chocolatier Competition


An exciting component of Chocolate Fantasy is the Chocolatier Competition. Sixteen chocolatiers from around the state created amazing chocolate sculptures – based on the theme "A Greek Odyssey"– along with delectable chocolate samples. Culinary experts from outside New Mexico judge the Chocolatier Competition sculptures.
